In recent years, the need for robust security measures in schools has become increasingly apparent. Dominion Christian has implemented various strategies to address this concern, ranging from physical measures such as security cameras, access control systems, comprehensive safety protocols, and a new alert system called SimulAlert®.
SimulAlert® is an emergency alert system that puts an crisis notification in the hands of teachers and staff. Its patented communication platform provides administration officials and first responders real-time situational awareness, pinpointing where on campus the emergency is taking place and the ability to prioritize their response to help those in imminent danger.
