Continuous Enrollment Contracts.
Dominion Christian School utilizes a Continuous Enrollment Contract for currently enrolled students. This means that a family signs only one enrollment contract for their child upon acceptance and he/she will remain enrolled for the duration of their time at Dominion Christian.
Once you enroll, you are guaranteed a spot each year unless you notify us otherwise during the re-enrollment period each year.
We love our students and when we enroll you, we want to see you grow and develop both academically and spiritually. Our hope is to see you walk across the stage at graduation to receive a diploma from Dominion Christian.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does “Continuous Enrollment” mean?
This year, you will have to re-enroll as in year’s past. Except, we have streamlined the process. After you re-enroll for next school year, ALL current students will automatically be re-enrolled for the next school year, unless you notify us otherwise by the end of January each year.
Simply put, after this year, NO MORE filling out Online Enrollment forms.
What do I need to do to Re-Enroll for the 2024-2025 School Year?
Logon to your FACTS Family Portal and Re-enroll per the instructions sent. Once you re-enroll for this school, you will do absolutely NOTHING to re-enroll for future years! Yes!!! After the end of January each year, all students in good standing will be automatically RE-ENROLLED for the next school year, unless you have notified us otherwise.
Why change to Continuous Enrollment?
First, simplicity. This process reduces the amount of paperwork/time parents need to complete re-enrollment and it streamlines our administrative process to better serve the Dominion Family. Secondly, continuous enrollment reflects the commitment that we are making to your child to see them through graduation. We want to partner with our families each year to help each student reach their full potential. With increasing enrollment, placement in next year’s class is a sought after spot. By using continuous enrollment, your child’s spot will be “locked in” until graduation.
What if I do not plan to re-enroll for next school year?
• Any family not planning to return to Dominion Christian for the next school year should notify our Admissions Director Jillian Willis at jwillis@dominionmail.org no later than January 30. Any withdrawals after this date will be assessed a $500 withdrawal fee. Students who withdraw may re-enroll, but the withdrawal fee will not be refunded or applied to upcoming tuition.
