Tracy Boberg, HS Math Teacher

I am excited to join Dominion Christian as a math teacher, bringing over eight years of experience teaching and tutoring high school and college-level mathematics, as well as various high school science courses. I have a deep passion for helping teenagers navigate this formative season in their lives — not only academically, but also socially and spiritually. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, I consider it a privilege to serve in a Christ-centered environment where I can integrate faith and education.

I love Jesus and am truly grateful for the opportunity to teach and mentor students at Dominion Christian. I’m also blessed with an amazing husband, Chris (who is also a teacher), and we have twin daughters who are entering their junior year of high school.

Cathy Osborne, Para-professional

Hi, I am Cathy Osborne and I am excited to be a part of the Dominion school family.

I earned my undergraduate degree in education from Georgia Southern University and my master’s from Kennesaw State University. My husband and I have been married for 27 years. Our daughter recently graduated from college, and our son will start as a freshman at Dominion. We love the outdoors— boating, biking, hiking, and traveling.

Shalaina Mullen, Guidance Counselor

“I am a passionate educator with over a decade of experience teaching high school and at the college level. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in educational leadership. My academic journey and professional background have equipped me as a Guidance Counselor to mentor students in their academic, personal and spiritual growth.

As a Christian educator, I believe in the immense responsibility of not only imparting knowledge but also sharing truth that can penetrate the hearts and spirits of my students. I believe education is an opportunity to build strong, compassionate relationships while also equipping students with the skills they need for the future. My philosophy is grounded in servant leadership, imitating Christ in all my interactions, and nurturing a supportive environment for growth and learning. By living these values, my goal is to connect with my students, parents, and colleagues, reflecting Christ’s love and grace in everything I do.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy cooking, baking, and traveling. I am also an avid sports fan, so don’t be surprised if you see me in the stands at Dominion games. Go Knights!”

Jeb Smith, MS History Teacher

“My name is Jeb Smith, and I’m excited to join the Dominion Christian School family as the 6th–8th grade Social Studies teacher. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Studies Education from the University of Georgia—Go Dawgs! My passion for history and teaching led me to Youth Middle School, where I previously taught social studies and coached soccer.
This summer has been extra special, as I recently married my beautiful wife—pictured with me here—and we are thrilled to begin this new season together.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve at Dominion, where I can combine my love for teaching with my heart for ministry. God has placed a strong calling on my life to pursue both education and vocational ministry, and I’m excited to walk that out here with you all.

Looking forward to a great year ahead!”
