| Quarterly and monthly payments must be paid via FACTS: Payment by bank draft or credit card through FACTS Tuition Management is now required for all monthly and quarterly payments. Your account will be charged a $41 annual fee by FACTS upon receipt of the FACTS contract. Final tuition payments for the 2010-2011 school year must be made by May 2011. | ||||
Testing Fee
A $30 non-refundable testing fee is required for all Middle School applicants. The purpose of this assessment is to determine a student’s readiness for our program. Dominion uses the Stanford Achievement Test and the Otis-Lennon School Ability Test. This fee is due at the time of testing.
Activity Fee
A $150.00 non-refundable and non-transferable Activity Fee is due from all Middle and High School students. The Activity Fee pays for the all school Fall Retreat and a year book for each student. The Activity Fee is due July 1, 2010.
Textbooks
Textbooks may be purchased from MBS Direct (www.mbsdirect.net). Both new and used books are available. The family is responsible for the cost of books, on average the approximate cost is $400-$600 depending upon courses taken and availability of used textbooks. MBS offers free shipping for 2010-2011 book orders.
Athletic Fee
High School Students participating in interscholastic athletics must pay an Athletic Fee of $225 for each sport in which they participate. Athletic Fees are due prior to the first day of practice.
Middle School Students participating in interscholastic athletics must pay an Athletic Fee of $150 for each sport in which they participate. Athletic Fees are due prior to the first day of practice.
Uniforms
School uniforms may be purchased from the Uniform Depot located at 2141 North Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw, GA 30152, 770-919-9967, (www.schooluniformdepot.com).
